Nicole Estrada is an associate trial attorney at Maderal Byrne & Furst PLLC licensed to practice law in Florida and admitted to federal court and the Middle District of Florida. She focuses her practice on complex personal injury, product liability, class actions, and multi-district litigation (MDL). Fluent in both Spanish and English, she represents clients across South Florida and nationwide.

Nicole has represented clients in major nationwide product liability and multi-district litigations against pharmaceutical manufacturers. Her MDL practice includes In re Zantac (Ranitidine) Products Liability Litigation (MDL No. 2924) and In re Elmiron (Pentosan Polysulfate Sodium) Products Liability Litigation (MDL No. 2973).

Furthermore, Nicole actively handles complex catastrophic personal injury claims. Alongside firm partner Frank Maderal, she achieved a record $4 million auto accident settlement. Securing this result required extensive advocacy and formal approvals across multiple government levels, including the County Attorney’s Office, the County Mayor, guardians, the Circuit Court, the Florida Legislature, and the Governor.

Academic Honors and Law School Leadership

In August 2015, Nicole Estrada graduated magna cum laude from Florida International University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice. She then earned her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law in May 2019. During law school, Nicole demonstrated strong commitment to legal leadership by serving first as Secretary and later as President of the Employment and Labor Law Society.
