- Plaintiffs Liaison Counsel and PSC Member: In re: Zantac (Ranitidine) Products Liability Litigation. MDL No. 2924. Our team was the unanimous choice for leadership in one of the largest pharmaceutical mass torts in U.S. history.
- Liaison Counsel: In re: January 2021 Short Squeeze Trading Litigation. MDL No. 2989. We serve as leaders in the litigation against Robinhood and other brokers regarding the restrictions on “meme stocks” during the 2021 trading surge.
- Leadership Steering Committee: In re: FTX Cryptocurrency Exchange Collapse Litigation. MDL No. 3076. We hold a chair position in the litigation following the high-profile collapse of the FTX exchange.
- Co-Lead Counsel: MJ Capital Ponzi Scheme Class Action. Case No. 21-cv-61749. Our firm helped secure a $26 million settlement for victims of this investment scheme.
- Leadership Steering Committee: In re: Elmiron (Pentosan Polysulfate Sodium) Products Liability Litigation. MDL No. 2973. We continue to lead efforts as this litigation moves toward final resolution for injured plaintiffs.
