Frank Maderal Re-Appointed to In re Elmiron MDL Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee

On July 13, 2022, U.S. District Judge R. Brian Martinotti re-appointed Maderal Byrne partner Frank Maderal to the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in the In re Elmiron Products Liability Litigation, pending in the District of New Jersey, Case NO. 20-md-02973. Maderal Byrne represents dozens of women suffering from PPS maculopathy as a result of Elmiron.
